  Such a disappointing experience in the Strathpine store when I attempted to exchange a pair of Papilio shoes. I wore them only for half an hour before realising they were cutting my toes so popped them back in the box with the receipt thinking I could ask for a simple exchange for another pair. They were in absolutely immaculate condition and I didn’t want a refund, just an exchange and I’d have been happy to pay the difference for a more expensive pair. I spent over $230 on two pairs that day and expected some sort of customer service or goodwill. Sadly without even looking at the shoes the store manager claimed they were “marked”. I was with a friend who works in retail and when she jumped in to question the store manager the whole situation escalated to the point where my friend was told to “butt out”. The store manager was extremely irate and it was clear we weren’t going to get anywhere so we left with the situation extremely hostile and attempted to find a phone number for Suna Shoes to ask advice on how to proceed. I was called back on Monday and although the lady I spoke to was trying to be helpful- I found her to be extremely defensive. It was suggested I return to the store “alone” to attempt to find a resolution but to be frank I don’t think I’ll ever return to the store again. Now I have a $120 pair of shoes I can’t wear and a lasting bad impression of Suna Shoes and certainly won’t ever recommend you to anyone I know.
  
  The review I left on the Suna Shoes Facebook page was removed after a day and is now visible only to myself as the reviewer. Suna Shoes clearly had absolutely no intention in rectifying this issue and instead are attempting to silence my review.
  
  The customer service in this store is abysmal - beware anybody who decides to purchase from this store who subsequently encounters a problem with their item.
